How often should solar panels be cleaned in Arizona?

Will cleaning void my panel warranty?

Not the way we do it. We never pressure-wash solar panels. We use only deionized water and soft brushes, with no chemicals.

What does the $199 first cleaning include?

A full deionized-water clean of your panels, a visual check of the array and a before-and-after photo report texted to you. The $199 price is for new customers only.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need roof access and a working outdoor spigot. You get the photo report by text when we finish.

How does pigeon proofing work?

We remove nests and debris, clean the area, then install a mesh barrier around the array edge so birds cannot get underneath.
